No substitute for hard work: Ashton Kutcher

Los Angeles, Aug 18 (IANS): Actor Ashton Kutcher feels it is difficult to replace hard work and says that youngsters should understand that everyone in Hollywood has worked hard for their success.

The 35-year-old insists that he too worked very hard for his Hollywood career, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"I think that right now we're in a little bit of sticky time," Kutcher told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show.

"And I felt like you can't replace hard work and nobody is going to give us anything in this life. And it's important to remember, when you see movie stars...we all started from the same place and everybody who is there somehow worked their way there. It doesn't just happen," Kutcher added.
