Mangalore, Feb 9: Five students of St Theresa's English Medium School, Bendore have brought laurels to the state by winning medals at national-level. Six student of the school have won gold medals in the national-level drawing competition organised by the Creative Art Academy at Delhi for the year 2005.
B Sharan Hegde, Apoorva M Kottari, Menita D'Souza, Mohammed Nadeem and Roopa Kalisthas are the students who won several prizes among whom Apoorva M Kottari and Roopa Kalisthas won the gold medal for the year 2004 too.
The students were trained under the school drawing teacher Sudhir Balepuni.
