Court grants bail to Jaganmohan Reddy

Hyderabad, Sep 23 (IANS) : A special CBI court Monday granted conditional bail to YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy in a disproportionate assets case.

The court, which had reserved its orders last week, pronounced the same Monday.

Jagan, as the MP from Kadapa is popularly known, was arrested by the Central Bureau of  Investigation (CBI) in May last year.

    Navayuga Contruction Company doing NH-66 work is owned by Jagan Reddy but by proxy. His name is not directly involved in Share Holdings of this Company. Bellary Rowdy Reddys are not connected with this Company as far as my knowledge goes.

    Finally released from the jail. The highly corrupt Jaganmohan Reddy will support the highly corrupt Congress no doubt at all. But the people's will not be deterred in creating a Telangana State. It is wrong to imagine that politicians are the masters never be.

    Its quite ironic that a person did not get bail for almost one year without conviction and had to spend in jail. Good example of misusing CBI by the present govt.
    Arrest of Jagan by CBI was directed by congress because of his growing popularity in the state.How many mlas mps ministers have disproportion assets?
    Why only Jagan?
    If all evidences were againt him why did CBI not able to convict him for so long?
    Deliberate effort made by CBI not to convict him because if he is convicted, 65% of congressmen in AP assembly will go to jail.

    Such powerful and rich man can stay in judicial custody for 16 months...
    The thought is refreshing that justice department is quite free in India...
    One party can not over ride the judicial process in the open public eye for such a long time...
    If otherwise there must be RTI filed about the proceedings...

    The Soul of Y.Samuel Rajasekar Reddy (YSR) must be ruing for building Congress in Andhra with his sweat and blood. Seeing the revengeful politics the son-in-law of YSR Pastor AnilKumar had long back disasociated himself from politics and concentrated on only Religious work.

    May be he is agreed to support Congress in next parliament elections. Otherwise it will not take more than one year for inquiry on corruption case. Normal circumstances he would have got bail in one or two months.
