Dubai, March 20: Fatima Maiecho Suvad (Famad Pernal), more popularly known as UAE Pernalites, elected executive committee for the year 2006-2007.
Dinesh Correa was unanimously elected president of the zomath. The committee which was also elected unopposed, is as follows:

Speaking to our correspondent, newly elected president briefed about some of committee's future plans especially towards unity and all round development of its members. Famad Pernal will also a Konkani event around the end of this year, to mark the completion of five years of its formation.
