Mumbai, Oct 24: Avantika Malik - Imran Khan's wife will feature in his soon to be released movie Gori Tere Pyaar Mein. Imran felt that she has worked as his lucky charm and therefore was also featured here and there in his previous movies such as Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na, I Hate Luv Storys and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.
Imran also said that he attributed her repeated blink-and-you-miss appearances to the fact that she is a friendly person and gets along famously with a lot of his directors.
Set to release on the 22nd of November, Gori Tere Pyaar Mein showcases the story of a South Indian guy (Imran Khan) who travels from the city to a village to win his Lady Love (Kareena Kapoor) a social worker. The lead pair previously worked together in the movie Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.
Gori Tere Pyaar Mein is produced by Karan Johar's production house Dharma Productions.
