Udupi, Oct 29: "Guru Spandana programme helps in uniting the society creating religious awareness among people getting rid of divisions based on language and state," said Shatashree Kalahastendra Saraswati Swamiji.
The Swamiji inaugurated the programme on Sunday October 27 by lighting the lamp. The campaign is meant to make the culture and tradition reach the society, said the Swamiji.
The Swamiji visited nearly 48 houses in the vicinity and blessed.
Lolakshi Acharya, diwan of the Math, Hejmadi Sangha president Rajesh Acharya, Secretary Shekhar Acharya, Treasurer Vadiraj Acharya, Prashanth Acharya, Surya Kumar Haleangady, Madhu Mulki, Mahesh Mulki, Lokesh Acharya, Katukukke Vasudev Acharya and others were present.
