Udupi, Oct 29: The Decennial Diocese level Inter-parish singing competition will be held at the St John The Evangelist church.
ICYM Pangla will organize this annual event which will begin on Sunday November 3 at 10 am.
The competition will be held under the following categories:
Below 12 years (Boys and Girls) – Solo only
Above 12 – 18 years (Boys and Girls) – Solo, Duet (Mix) and Group
Above 18 years (Boys and Girls) Solo, Duet( Mix) and Group
The winners in each category will recieve a trophy. The overall winners will be awarded with the Champions Trophy along with a cash prize.
This will be a unique opportunity for all singers of the diocese to compete in this contest to showcase their talents and win prizes.
The organizers request for early entries and are looking forward to a good number of participants.
The competition will be judged by prominent Mangalorean singers and musicians.
