Mangalore, Mar 26: The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Mangalore chapter will host a conference on ‘Nurturing Intellectual Capital for Organising Excellence’ on Monday, March 27 and Thursday March 30 at TMA Pai International Convention Centre, here.
The programme which aims at catering to the demands of practicing managers will be inaugurated by director-in-charge MRPL, Dr A K Balyan.
Inspector General of Police (Western Range) K S Suresh Babu will be the guest and MRPL refinery in-charge Rajamani will be the guest.
Briefing the press on the event, Sebastian of NIPM Mangalore chapter said that the technical sessions would include papers like Performing organization to excelling organization, the role of human capital, the role of leadership in organizational excellence, HR competencies etc.
