Take immediate care of burn victims, hospitals instructed


New Delhi, Nov 2 (IANS): In view of Diwali celebrations, the Delhi government Saturday instructed all the city hospitals to take immediate care of burn patients.

All the hospitals have also been asked to keep a few beds reserved for such cases apart from deploying specialists, including paramedical staff to tackle any number of cases.

The health department has also instructed the hospitals to keep stock of the required medicines and other material.

The health secretary has asked the medical superintendents to personally keep watch on such cases.
