Mangalore, Nov 4: “Festivals like Deepavali should be celebrated in schools like this. Vishwas Das of Shirdi Sai Baba Trust, Gopal Krishna Baliga founder of Baliga Stores, Norway Volda University students Porthan and Celi were present on this occasion.Vishwas Das and Porthan spoke on this occasion and wished the children a happy and prosperous Deepavali. 

              

                

The programme commenced with the lighting of the auspicious lamp and the traditional ‘diyas’ by the dignitaries present on the dais.    

The children celebrated the joy of Deepavali by burning fire crackers with the assistance of teachers and parents.
