Eid Milad ul Nabi, the birthday of Prophet Mohammed - may peace be upon him - was observed with devotion and fervour at the Syed Shareeful Madani Dargah at Ullal in suburban Mangalore on Tuesday.

The dargah attracts thousands of devotees from India and abroad every day. People of different denominations are said to be visiting the shrine for making vows or fulfulling them.
