Mangalore, May 3: The most awaited exam in a student’s life is round the corner. Common Entrance Test (CET) will be held on Tuesday May 9 and Wednesday May 10 at nine exam centres, eight in the city and one in Puttur, informed the deputy commissioner Dr H V Parshwanath, in a press release here.

A total of 4,512 students will answer the examinations. The deputy commissioner has been appointed as the vigilance officer. There will be about nine observers and senior college lecturers will supervise the question papers, the release said.

The assistant chief vigilance officers will be the principals of the centres concerned. There was a training session for all the officials on Tuesday May 2. 

Candidates have been issued hall tickets from the CET cell. They are requested to identify their centres, a day before the examinations so as to avoid any confusion.
