New Delhi, May 9: The Board of Control for Cricket in India has asked Virender Sehwag to keep shut over issues concerning Sourav Ganguly.
BCCI said that statements made to media may interfere with selection process.
Earlier on Tuesday, BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah called up Sehwag and asked the opening batsman to refrain from making any comments to the media that could lead to controversies about selection matters.
This development comes just days after Sehwag told a television channel in an interview that the team misses Sourav Ganguly, and that Sourav is still good enough to make a comeback.
