NSG commando booked for sexually assaulting boy

Gurgaon, Jan 9 (IANS): A National Security Guard (NSG) commando has been booked for unnatural sex with the 10-year-old son of another commando, police said Thursday.

Head Constable Sahib Singh, who hails from Jind district of Haryana, was a neighbour of the victim at the NSG Manesar camp. He is absconding, police said.

The family of the Class 4 student belong to Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. The boy's father is a constable-rank commando.

Police said the accused targeted the boy three times since October 2013.

Sahib Singh threatened he would kill the boy and his family if the matter was disclosed to anyone.

A medical examination of the boy was conducted Thursday that confirmed the crime. The boy's statement was also recorded before a magistrate.

"We are conducting raids to arrest the accused as he was out of the NSG campus on leave," police officer Narender Kumar told IANS.

The accused has been booked under Section 377 (unnatural sex), 506 (threatening to kill) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
