OIC condemns Egypt terror attacks


Riyadh, Jan 29 (IANS/WAM): Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) secretary-general Iyad Ameen Madani has condemned the recent terror attacks in Egypt.

Madani, in a press statement Tuesday, called for unity among Egyptians to protect Egypt's security and stability.

He also welcomed the measures taken by the government to implement the political roadmap after the adoption of a new constitution.

Madani stressed the importance of completing the democratic transition to open a new chapter in the history of the Arab country.
