Five killed as mosque roof collapses in Pakistan


Islamabad, Feb 2 (IANS): At least five people were killed and around 50 others injured when the roof of a mosque collapsed in Pakistan's Punjab province Sunday.

According to rescue authorities, a remembrance prayer was in progress inside the mosque located in the province's Mian Channu city, when the roof collapsed, the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) reported.

The injured were rushed to hospital.
