My heart bleeds over what is happening in the House: PM

New Delhi, Feb 12 (PTI) Venting his anguish over disruptions in Parliament, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today said his heart bleeds over what is happening in the House and it is sad for democracy.

"My heart bleeds to see what is happening in the House," he told a group of MPs soon after disruptions in Lok Sabha over Telangana issue during presentation of the interim Rail Budget.

"It is sad for democracy that such things are happening even after all appeals for calm," the Prime Minister said.

Singh's comments came after the storm over Telangana today derailed the presentation of the Interim Rail Budget 2014-15 with Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge being forced to cut short his speech in Lok Sabha because of the turmoil.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath also condemned the incidents in Lok Sabha."It is very unfortunate...., the obstruction and creating disturbances and all kinds of unruly scenes....This is a very bad precedent for the future Lok Sabhas," Nath told reporters outside Parliament House.

He said that the rules clearly state that the House belongs to every member and protecting its dignity is the duty of all sections.

"....It doesn't belong to a particular section. It is the duty of the government and all members to protect the dignity of the House and ensure that the House functions as per rules. Parliamentary democracy is to discuss, debate, oppose and dispose," the Minister said.

Asked whether it was the government's duty to do the floor management, Nath said, "It is not the duty of the government. It is (of) all the members of the House....The basic thing is that the House is not to be controlled by the government. The House is to be controlled by the Speaker and the members."

Mr. Prime minister, the sad fact is that your heart bleeds at all the wrong times and for all the wrong reasons. Why it doesn't bleed for the massive corruption by your party and cronies(robber wadhra), Moily, 2G, 3G and above all for the people from northeast and Kashmiri pandits? If your heart had bled at the right time for right people you wouldn't have struggled to keep your flock together. Whatever you and your govt ( controlled by Sonia) did was for short term gains. There was no long term plans for the actual development of the country. People are fed up of you sycophancy and are waiting to throw you out so that you can simply go home and sleep. And hopefully some messiah will come to take this country out of the mess you have pushed into.

Sir, When 3 Crores cash carried inside the Parliament and at that time your heart did not bleed...!. Your party could not do a inch towards getting rid of corruption in India and when Anna and A.K. sincerely trying their best to bring Janlokpaal and both of you and BJP did a so nice drama to block that bill...Wow..and you being a sincere citizen did not do your 1% to help for the nation and at that time your heart did not bleed....! Robert Vadra along with DLF looting the nation in the name of economic development...and you are quit...Do you have a heart? Poor Vijay Mallya lost Kingfisher Airlines but bought Yuvraj for 14 Crores.....! can you see any logic..? Nithin Gadkari's son's wedding in Nagpur, there were more than 100 chartered flights descended on that day in Nagpur. They paid cash for all flights or cheques? any enquiry?

But your Govt.sent legal notice to A.Kejriwal for settling illogical fines and dues of I.T Dpt...? Now...NOW when Andhra people do not want to split their state and your Govt. and & opposition party sitting in the parliament forcefully breaking the state and when your own party MP's makes haraa kiree in Parlimnet your heart is bleeding...! ......It is sad for Democracy that such things are happening even after all appeals for calm," the Prime Minister said.

As we all know the present government could pass "Very Few Bills" compared to the previous governments and some of the bills passed even will die the "Natural Death" if the other government is voted to power.

Our FDI investments are dried up...!!! Because of the "Policy Paralysis" in our country!!!. Opposition parties are "Hell Bent On" to "Disrupt" the functioning of the "Parliament Sessions"!!!.

Sad for our Progressive India, which is slowly recovering now from the "Gloom and Doom" we had almost for the last two years!!!.

Anyways "Voters" of this country will decide which government they want next at the Center!!!
