A brave and real mother did her duty .I too would do so if on my side so happened in the first instance.Later I would ask and verify the matter.how old was the child? If a elder Girl is,always findout first the truth whether Girl tells truth .Many times it can be other way.If the mother goes to jail, what about that Girl?again fall Prey to other lions?my sympathy to the mother and Girl.

Brave Woman. This is all the answers for rapists. Our law is weak and there are loopholes of bail for rapist and long legal battle for getting justice. Every mother / Parents required to follow if this happens to any children. Now the law of the land will deal with murder rather than rape, as usual in our country. God help this woman and reward her for her bravery.

I can realize the emotions of the mother. Anybody in her place would do the same what she did. But, taking law in hand is going to help her? No, she will be now booked on murder charges and will have to face the life imprisonment. If she has other children, who can give them motherly love and care.

Courts should deliver severe punishment for this vociferous woman. Accused.is not guilty unless untill proved in court , also there can be a possibility that the allegation itself is false. She should be booked for conspiracy with murder.

I strictly instruct GOI to arrest that murderer woman immediately and also request fro a fast track trail and initiate a CBI inquiry in this matter, I totally agree with you brother that man should have been handed over to police and given affair trail only the law can prove him guilty one should control their emotions i think something is fishy there is more to hide than revealed

Women did a right thing of any parents do in such events. This type of retaliation is called 'Jihad' in the Islamic term. Indian law will give a different meaning as punishable.

Her deed points to shape of things to come. In future, such instances of individuals taking the law in their hands will multiply, born out of frustration they perceive due to laxity or improper implementation of the law. The question whether she committed an act punishable under law is a different aspect. In all probability she would be found guilty and punished. But the basic question is, why she committed the act.
Let those who are responsible for maintaining law and order all over the country understand that unless they carry out their role properly, the situation will certainly reach a still worse level in time to come to the detriment of the entire nation, if not to themselves but to their progeny

This was the only option left for this mother. Indian judiciary is just useless. It protects the rapists and criminals. So, this is instant justice and I won't be surprised if many will resort to this type of justice.

Police after finding out the authenticity of the rape by the same person, should not take any action against the mother of the child.
If the case is filed, it will take another century to come to a conclusion and it will affect the lives of this poor family who have to earn their livelihood on "DAILY BASIS".
She will not have time to attend court\police inquiries day in day out.
There should be a mass backing from the general public for this lady to get a pardon without any punishment.
