Rain likely in Delhi


New Delhi, Feb 22 (IANS): The national capital Saturday is likely to experience light spells of rain during the day, the Met Office said.

The minimum temperature settled a notch above the season's average at 12.5 degrees Celsius.

"The skies will become partly cloudy with light spells of rain in some parts of the city," said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 93 percent.

The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 23 degrees Celsius.

Friday's maximum temperature settled at 24.6 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year, while the the minimum was 9.2 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
