Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 83 percent.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.
Tuesday's maximum temperature was 30.1 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season, while the minimum settled four notches above the season's average at 19.6 degrees Celsius.
