Practically, this is lack of confidence. Politically, if he wins at both the constituencies, then party claims Modi has been accepted everywhere, if he loses Varanasi, then the story changes as splitting of the votes / conspiracy by the opposition... For the benefit of the nation he should lose at least one constituency so as to avoid re-election. Good food to Kejriwal…

After so much humiliation Advani Should not continue in BJP. Atleast in the final lap of his life he should join hands with Honest people and join AAP if possible and create a tidal wave in favour of AAP so that Corrupt Cong & BJP are both washed away in that tidal wave.

RSS has shattered Advani's dream of becoming Prime Minister of India at least for one day. If for any reason Modi cannot become PM then Shivraj Singh Chauhan the CM of M.P will be PM. RSS has already decided about this alternative in its recent closed door meeting. Advani has been completely sidelined.

In fact Advani wanted Bhopal seat from M.P.
But no one heard his plea, and he was allotted Gandhi Nagar in Gujarat against his wish . Now this grand old man is just like a lifeless doll in the Showcase of the cloth shop of BJP.
