Three killed in Tripura road accident


Agartala, April 3 (IANS): At least three people, two of them children, were killed and 32 injured in two road accidents in Tripura.

"A youth and two children were killed on the spot and 17 injured when their vehicle overturned and fell into a ditch at Longtharai valley (125 km north from here) in northern Tripura Wednesday night," police told reporters.

In the other accident, 15 people, including women and children, were injured Wednesday evening when two vehicles collided against each other at Ambassa town.

The injured were shifted to government hospitals.
