Hilary Duff piggybacking on Ed Sheeran for music career

Los Angeles, May 5 (IANS): Actress-singer Hilary Duff is turning to British singer Ed Sheeran to help re-launch her music career.

The former "Lizzie MCGuire" star said that she is due to record a song by Sheeran and is writing and recording material for the new album, which will be her first foray into music since her 2007 album "Dignity", reports contactmusic.com.

"I'm working with a lot of people. I'm still writing, so that process is still going on. I'm cutting an Ed Sheeran song next week, which I'm really excited about," said Duff.
