Bantwal, Jul 4: The body of Ravichandra Rai, who had jumped off the Panemangalore bridge into Netravati river with his two daughters last Saturday, has been washed ashore in Munimunda-Hanuman Nagar near Uppala in Kasargod district of Kerala.

The two girls had been immdiately rescued by a group of local boatmen and swimmers.

The Manjeshwar police, being aware of the tragic incident, are understood to have intimated the news to the Bantwal police.
