Los Angeles, May 23 (IANS): Singer Ashley Roberts says she regularly seeks the advice of a spiritual guru to help her make professional and personal decisions.
The 32-year-old said everyone should seek advice from a spiritual guide and that she has an army of people to consult, who help her make personal and professional decisions, reports contactmusic.com.
"Growing up in school you're given maths and science but you're not given life classes. A few years ago I felt like my dreams were getting fulfilled but I wasn't happy, so I decided to seek out a life coach," said Roberts.
"I think everyone should have one because sometimes you do need a bit of help. I've got a team that I see - a swami (spiritual guide), an acupuncturist, a guru. I've got a whole army," she added.
