Puttur, Jul 5: In an important move, town police who have been investigating Akshata murder case have now taken one of Akshata's colleague into custody to gather more information about the murder.

Trusted sources said that the police have taken to custody on Rajesh who was Akshata's colleague at Shree Veera Seva Trust where she was working at the time of her death. It is said that Rajesh knows more about Akshata's relationship with Sattar.
The alleged killer, Sattar, still at large
Meanwhile the police have also arrested Tulasi Acharya who is said have been very close with Sattar. The police have however, released Tulasi after investigation.
Sattar's brother Shamsuddin who was in police custody was admitted to a hospital on Tuesday after he suddenly took ill.
