Mumbai, Jul 9: Karan Johar and Nikhil Advani have buried their differences and now Karan will also be doing a cameo in Nikhil’s upcoming film.

After the release of Kal Ho Na Ho which was directed by Nikhil and produced by Karan Johar, the two had differences in opinion and had parted ways. They in fact weren’t in talking terms for more than a year.

However, for his film Salaam-E-Ishq, Nikhil wrote a role keeping Karan in mind. It is a cameo role of a film director for Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra’s episode in the film. Karan was quite amused when Nikhil approached him and agreed to do it.

Even Karan Johar confirmed that he is doing a cameo in Nikhil’s film. He also added that Nikhil had been a part of Dharma productions for eight years and that despite the fall out he was always there for him.

Karan Johar however didn’t let out any details about his role in the film saying it’s too early to comment. He is currently busy with Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and will shoot for Salaam-e-Ishq once he is done with that.
