Eva Green's raunchy movie poster banned

Los Angeles, May 30 (IANS): A raunchy film poster featuring actress Eva Green has been banned by America's movie classification board.

She appears on the advertisement for “Sin City” sequel “A Dame to Kill For”, brandishing a gun and wearing a sheer bathrobe which clearly shows her breast, reports contactmusic.com.

Officials at the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) have disapproved of the image due to "nudity...visible through sheer gown".

A spokesperson for the thriller's distributor Dimension Films declined to comment but it is thought executives will work with MPAA members to find a compromise.

“Sin City: A Dame to Kill For” also stars Jessica Alba, Mickey Rourke and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
