New Delhi, June 6 (IANS): Motivational speaker Shiv Khera addressed environment and information and broadcasting ministry officials Friday at a leadership and motivation conclave held in the capital.
Khera, author of the book "You Can Win", spoke to the officials for about two hours, and "touched upon many motivational concepts", said a statement issued by the environment ministry.
Speaking at the conclave, Prakash Javadekar, who holds charge of both ministries, said "there is need to change the perception of the people about the bureaucracy".
"Officials need to work with compassion, conviction and a positive mindset so as to facilitate the needs of the people," Javadekar said.
