Goa CM calls on Modi


New Delhi, June 10 (IANS): Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar Tuesday called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi here, a statement said.

The meeting was described as a "courtesy call".

"Manohar Parrikar, chief minister of Goa, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 7, Race Course Road today (Tuesday). It was a courtesy call," an official statement said.

The official Twitter handle of the Prime Minister's Office also posted a picture of Modi and Parrikar together.
