The case is registered with Colva police station in south Goa.

The police have registered offence under section 342, 353, 504 of Indian penal code. The junior engineer, in his complaint, has stated that the minister called him to his personal office at Betalbhatim in south goa, 45 kms away from here, and assaulted him.
