17 killed in China arsenal explosion

Beijing, June 18 (IANS): At least 17 people were killed in an arsenal explosion in China's Hunan province.

The accident occurred at 4.45 p.m. Tuesday in Hengyang City as soldiers were stacking the ammunition, Xinhua reports.
