BJP leader Yashwant Sinha gets bail

Ranchi, June 18 (IANS): Senior BJP leader and former union minister Yashwant Sinha was granted bail by a Hazaribagh court in Jharkhand, an official said Wednesday.

Sinha moved the bail petition Tuesday, but arguments in the case were deferred till Wednesday as top party leader L.K. Advani was scheduled to meet him Tuesday.

After meeting Sinha in jail Tuesday, Advani did not rule out the possibility of a larger role for him in the state. Advani had also appealed him to seek bail and lead the agitation in the state.

Sinha was arrested June 2 while he was leading a demonstration against the state's poor power scenario and had locked up officials of the electricity board.

He was presented before the court June 3 where he refused to seek bail and was sent to judicial custody.

On Monday, Sinha's judicial custody was extended till June 28.

Fifity-seven Bharatiya Janata Party workers, who had also refused to seek bail, were also granted bail along with Sinha Wednesday.

BJP leaders Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Shahnawaz Hussain met Sinha in jail last week.

BJP leader Yeshwanth Sinha jailed. Modi's minister Nihal Chand is involved in rape case. Another minister V.K.Singh criticized Arun Jetley on the appointment of Army chief. Rupee value is decreasing, vegetable, oil price is increasing. Indian nurses are stranded in Iraq but no action by the central govt. Rapes, murders are increasing all over the country. What kind of the governance BJP giving to India? What about the poll promises? Is there any govt at central?

Aravindh Kejriwa said: I will put all corrupt congress in to the jail.

FINALLY HE HIMSELF WENT TO TIHAR JAIL. HIS KAIDI NUMBER …..

Yashwanth Sinha said: Chidambaram should be in Tihar Jail along with Raja.

FINALLY HE HIMSELF WENT TO TIHAR JAIL. Dear daijiworld what is his kaidi number….

EVEN ON A DAY HE FELL DOWN FROM THE CHAIR WHILE READING NEWS.

When Aravind Kejriwal was in jail without paying bond money for bail BJP’s supporters went berserk over board for not paying bail money of Rs.10,000.

BJP’s Yashwanth Sinha didn’t had money to pay Rs.10,000 bond money for bail. He was an ex-finance minister and ex-foreign minister.

What is the necessity for this crocked man to provoke/to say the women tie up and beat the General Manger of the electricity company.
