Man shot dead by younger brother in Delhi


New Delhi, June 21 (IANS): A 46-year-old man was shot dead here by his younger brother over a trivial issue, police said Saturday.

Gulab Singh along with his three brothers was consuming alcohol in their home in Bhalswa Dairy area in north Delhi Friday night.

An argument over a trivial issue broke out between the brothers following which his younger brother Charan Singh, 35, pumped a bullet into his chest, police said.

Gulab Singh was taken to hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Police have questioned the other two brothers of the deceased while Charan Singh is on the run. All the brothers were in the property business.
