Financial aid distributed to poor children by Gurupura Bunts Matra Sangha

Mumbai, June 24: The Gurupura Bantara Mathra Sangha recently distributed cash to poor students and community members for studies and house repairs. The amount was handed over during a programme held at Gurupura Vaidyanatha Samudaya Bhavana on Monday June 16.

Speaking on the occasion Sri Rajashekarananda Swamy of Gurupura Vajradehi Mutt said that the financial help extended by the
Mathra Sangha is meaningful and that the young members will hold similar people friendly programs in the future too and will work to uplift the society and the sangha.


Umesh Munda, president of the sangha presided over the program. Mangalore Taluk Bantara Sangha president Nitte Raviraj Shetty,
Mangalore Bantara Sangha working committee members Shashiraj Kolambe and Umesh Rai and businessman Premnath Marla were on the dais and praised the social service of the sangha.

Jayalaxmi Shetty, Nalini Shetty, Padmanabha Shetty and Subbayya Bhandari were present. Rajkumar Shetty welcomed the gathering and Sudarshan Shetty gave an introductory speech. Satyananda Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
