Mumbai, Jun 30: Alia Bhatt is all set to sing a song for her upcoming release 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniyan'. She had also sang for her last release 'Highway'.

The song is 'Samjhawan Unplugged'. The original track is sung by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghosal. The song is a slow paced melody. Alia Bhatt's unplugged version was released yesterday.

It is becoming some kind of trend for actresses to sing the unplugged version of original tracks.

Recently Shraddha Kapoor sang 'Galliyan Unplugged' version for her latest release 'Ek Villain'.

'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniyan' is directed by Shashank Khaitan. The movie has Varun Dhawan playing the lead and will be released on July 11.
