AMU to set up world class museum


Aligarh, July 4 (IANS): Thanks to a generous donation of $50,000, a world class museum will come up at the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU).

A US-based well-wisher of the university, Musa Dakri, has donated the money, the university said Friday.

AMU Vice Chancellor Lt. Gen. (Retd) Zameer Uddin Shah said the museum will be set up at Kennedy Hall and will preserve a large number of treasured antiques.
