Five killed in Somalia car bomb attack


Mogadishu, July 5 (IANS): At least five people were killed Saturday when a car bomb exploded at the entrance of the Somali parliament in capital Mogadishu.

According to witnesses, the victims comprise two soldiers, two civilians and the fifth was shot dead by soldiers as he drove past the attack site, Al Jazeera reported.

"It was a large explosion, a suicide car bomb," an official said.
