Mumbai, Aug 4: A smeeting of secular-minded organizations and citizens has been convened at 6-30 pm on Friday, August 4 int he Salvation Hall of Our Lady of Salvation (Portuguese) church at Dadar (West).
To raise our voice against Violence and also felicitate the brave hearts who reached out to the victims 7/11 Mumbai bomb blasts.
The theme of the meeting will be "Campaign against violence : our response".
Eminent speakers to address the gathering are Teesta Setalvad, Javed Akhtar, advocate Suresh Bhosale, George Menezes and Fr Allwyn D'Silva.
The meeting is being jointly organized by the Bombay Catholic Sabha (BCS), Citizens for Justice and Peace, Muslims for Secular Democracy and Friends of Society.
