Margaret Alva to be sworn in as Goa Governor on Saturday

Panaji, July 11 (TH): Governor of Rajasthan and Gujarat Margaret Alva will be sworn in as Governor of Goa at Raj Bhavan near here at 6.00 pm on Saturday.

Chief Justice of Bombay High Court Mr. Justice Mohit Shantilal Shah will administer the oath of office to the Governor at Durbar hall of the Raj Bhavan.

Mr. B. V. Wanchoo recently resigned as Governor of Goa hours after he was quizzed by CBI as witness in the AgustaWestland chopper case, at Raj Bhavan.
