Mumbai, Jul 16: It seems a new trend has emerged in Marathi film industry. Famous Bollywood actors are turning producers in Marathi film industry and are roping in their Bollywood friends for a cameo.
Recently Riteish Deshmukh had produced his debut Marathi film 'Lai Bhaari', which had a cameo by Bollywood's number one actor Salman Khan. Now Shreyas Talpade is all set to follow his collegue. Shreyas Talpade's upcoming film 'Poshter Boyz' will have a guest apperance of famous choreographer-director Farah Khan.
Farah Khan is a close friend of Shreyas Talpade. She had also cast him in her ambitious project 'Om Shanthi Om'. Shreyas had played Shah Rukh Khan's best friend in the film. Now Farah is all set to do a cameo in Shreyas's film. When Shreyas approached her with a role, Farah instantly agreed for it.
'Poshter Boyz' is also directed by Shreyas Talpade. This is his first film as a director. The movie is produced by him under his banner Affluence Movies Private Limited. The film is set to hit screens all across Maharashtra on August 1.
