London, July 20 (IANS): Prince William and Kate Middleton's son, who will celebrate his first birthday July 22, has started walking.
In an official portrait, Prince George is seen throwing up his hands for balance as he takes some steps before his first birthday.
Clad in striped overalls and a blue polo shirt, the royal baby looks determined as he makes his way on the pebble-strewn ground, reports eonline.com.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently shared some of their son's latest milestones during a solo visit to Coventry's War Memorial Park, where William told primary school teacher Gill Naylor, "I think George will be running faster than me very soon."
Prince William went on to tell local resident Mavis Jarvis that "George is charging around and opens doors" already, adding his son is "lovely".
