Mangalore, Aug 18: An awareness programme on drug abuse will be organised by the National Service Scheme (NSS) in collaboration with SDM College of Business Management and Link De-addiction Centre on Saturday August 19 at the SDM college auditorium, said a press release.

The programme, titled 'Students' Response to Drug Abuse,' will be inaugurated by SP B Dayanand.

More than 200 NSS members and peer educators from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Kodagu districts will participate in the programme.

Zilla Panchayat president Mamata D S Gatti, SDM college principal Dr Devraj, NSS co-ordinator of the University Prof Gopal, Dr Ravish Tunga and T S Thomas of Link De-addiction Centre and others will be present.
