Former Libyan deputy PM abducted


Tripoli, July 30 (IANS): Unidentified gunmen kidnapped former Libyan deputy prime minister Mustafa Abu Shagor here Tuesday, a parliamentarian confirmed.

Abu Shagor was forced into a car by unidentified gunmen near his house in al-Andalus region of Tripoli in the afternoon and taken to an unknown location, Xinhua quoted lawmaker Essam al- Naasse as saying.
