Mangalore, Aug 6: The NSS unit of Besant Women’s College was inaugurated by Yathish Baikampady July 31 the Besant Auditorium. The principal professor Pushpalatha B K, presided over the function.
Yathish in his address congratulated the students for taking up NSS which works for the society. He advised them to be active participants of all the activities undertaken in collaboration with Mangalore City Corporation.
The programme was compered by Swathi P and Sushmitha R welcomed the gathering. Sharanya and Shilpashree NSS leaders gave a brief report about the forthcoming activities. Avita proposed the vote of thanks.
The programme was attended by all the NSS students and the teachers. The programme was held under the guidance of programme officer professor Meera Edna Coelho.
