KBC never fails to be wonderful: Priyanka


Mumbai, Aug 7 (IANS): Actress Priyanka Chopra is full of praise for "Kaun Banega Crorepati" (KBC), which is hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

Priyanka recently shot for the forthcoming season of the game show.

"Thank u @SrBachchan for being so gracious as always 2 me n my family n the #KBC never fails 2 b wonderful. Thank u for the memories #MaryKom (sic)," she tweeted.

The actress will next be seen in "Mary Kom", a biopic on the five-time World Champion boxer.

New 'PK' poster to come out on I-Day

Superstar Aamir Khan's forthcoming film "PK" is the talk of the town, thanks to its first poster. And now the film's team is set to release the second one on Independence Day. 

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the second poster will be launched Aug 15, read a statement. 

"PK" also features actor Sanjay Dutt, Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput.

Rani, Bhansali to shoot 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'

Come Friday, Rani Mukerji and Sanjay Leela Bhansali will visit the set of "Comedy Nights With Kapil" to shoot with the master stand-up comedian as part of the promotions of their respective movies "Mardaani" and "Mary Kom".

The actress and filmmaker, who made for a great working relationship when they collaborated for "Black", will shoot for different episodes of "Comedy Nights..." at separate timings Friday here, said a statement.

This will be Rani and Bhansali's first appearance on the show, which hosted a slew of celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.

There's a binding factor between the Rani-starrer "Mardaani" and Bhansali's co-production "Mary Kom" - they are both stories of women power.

Rani plays a rough and tough police officer in "Mardaani", while in "Mary Kom", the National Award winning actress Priyanka Chopra will be seen essaying Olympic bronze medallist boxer M.C. Mary Kom.
