Shoe hurled at Badal

Ludhiana, Aug 15 (IANS): An unemployed youth hurled a shoe towards Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal in a village near Ludhiana Friday during an Independence Day related function.

The shoe missed Badal.

The police took the youth into custody.
