Mangalore, Sep 6: The 'Best District Cooperative Bank' award given by state Apex bank has been bagged by SCDCC Bank for the eighth consecutive year. The award will be presented to bank chairman M N Rajendra Kumar during the general body meeting of Apex bank at Bangalore on Saturday September 9.
SCDCC bank with 5 branches in the district has been in the forefront of cooperative banking. All the 5 branches are computerized. The bank is planning to extend its ATM, mobile banking services to other taluks in the coming months.
It is also one of the leading cooperative banks in the states and has achieved many firsts' under the dynamic chairmanship of Rajendra Kumar.
