New Delhi, Sep 3 (IANS): President Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the fifth Ambedkar memorial lecture on 'Vision of India in 21st Century as envisaged by Dr. Ambedkar' here Thursday, Rashtrapati Bhavan said.
The lecture has been organised at the Vigyan Bhavan by the Dr. Ambedkar Foundation, an autonomous body set up in 1992 under the aegis of the social justice and empowerment ministry.
