Mangalore, Sep 16: Mandd Sobhann has organized a "Konkani Theatre Training Camp" for the high school children from Saturday September 23 to Sunday October 1 at Kalaangann.

Noted Kannada playwright B V Karanth's play "Panjara Shalale" will be adapted to Konkani and will be rehearsed at the camp and presented at the monthly theatre programme on Sunday October 1 evening at Kalaangann.

Children's theatre expert Ivan D'Silva will be there the trainer for the camp.  It is a residential camp and boarding and lodging will be provided free.  Only 25 children will be selected.  Selection will be held on Friday September 22 at Kalaangann at 10 am.  Interested are invited to attend the selection.
